Vivian Palicki is the visionary founder and Principal Consultant at Early Learning Solutions and Advocacy.  With roles as an early childhood educator, parent education specialist, state-level education liaison, and advocate, she raises awareness of gaps and needs within early childhood systems.

Vivian is a dynamic advocate dedicated to ensuring every child has access to high-quality education and care and every family connects to vital community resources. Her approach focuses on educating the Whole Child and empowering early childhood leaders through professional development, strategic planning, and transformative initiatives. Her bilingualism, tricultural background, and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion distinguish her impact.

Her rich lived experiences as a former child refugee, Spanish native speaker, dual-language educator, family resource specialist, and state-level advocate uniquely shape her perspective. She forges authentic relationships that ignite tangible change.

Vivian drives impactful initiatives and contributes to Illinois regional councils, including the West Cook County Birth to Five Action Council and the DuPage Bloomingdale Township Mental Health Board.  Her role on the Illinois Action for Children, Maria Whalen Future Leaders Fellow Program, Early Childhood Advisory Board and partnership with the Collaboration of Early Childhood of Oak Park and River Forest highlights her dedication to supporting and advancing early childhood in Illinois.

Vivian holds a master’s degree in human services management and leadership and is a PhD doctoral candidate in early childhood education. Her research focuses on building support systems for Illinois’ most vulnerable.

During her free time, Vivian enjoys spending time with her husband and children doing anything and everything outdoors including scuba diving, skiing, kayaking and hiking.  She is an avid apiarist and hosts in-kind early childhood learning sessions in high priority communities.
